TORRANCE, Calif. – A poor second half proved to be El Camino College's downfall in a 98-85 loss at the hands of L.A. Harbor Friday night at the ECC North Gym.
The Warriors trailed by just three at halftime but shot 36.2 percent from the field in the second half and hit just one of 13 shots from beyond the arc as they were outscored 49-39 in the final 20 minutes.
Four players scored in double figures for ECC, led by Justin Chambers and his 20-point effort. Isiah Armstead scored 19 points while Da'Koda Lacey and Brock Lee each dropped 18 for the Warriors in the loss.
The Seahawks countered with five players in double figures, led by Joel Anderson and his 21 points. Chris Jackson dropped 19 points and Quincy Pinkard added 18 in the win.
The Warriors finish off the regular season with a 7-19 overall record and 2-8 mark in South Coast Conference, South Division play.
