TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College was seeded No. 3 in the 2026 3C2A SoCal Regional Playoffs. The Warriors will host one of eight three-team regionals in the first round.

Fullerton of the Orange Empire Conference drew the No. 2 seed at the ECC Regional with Southwestern of the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference getting the No. 3 seed.

The ECC Regional will be a double-elimination format with Fullerton and Southwestern facing off in game one of the regional on Friday, May 1 at 11 a.m. The loser of that game will face the Warriors at 3 p.m.

Should the Warriors win the 3 p.m. game, a best-of-three series between the Warriors and the game one winner will begin on Saturday with the series concluding on Sunday.

In the event the Warriors lose the 3 p.m. game on Friday, they would face the game-one winner on Saturday at 11 a.m.

The Warriors finished the regular season with a 33-7 overall record and 19-5 mark in South Coast Conference play, clinching the team's seventh conference title and first since 2023. The Warriors won 11 straight games at one point during the season and only lost one conference series during the SCC schedule. The Warriors never lost three games in a row at any point during the season and only lost consecutive games twice.

The Hornets finished the year with a 21-19 overall record and 8-13 mark in Orange Empire Conference play, placing fifth in the conference. The Hornets did not face the Warriors during the regular season and the teams will face each other at some point this weekend for the first time since the 2019 season when the Warriors took two games from the Hornets.

The Jaguars finished the year with a 20-19 overall record and 12-13 mark in PCAC play, placing fourth in the conference. The Jaguars defeated the Warriors in the lone meeting between the teams this season, an 11-4 decision at "The Junction" at SWC. The Jaguars took a 5-0 lead through four innings and never looked back to defeat ECC.

The winner of the ECC Regional will take on the winner of the Glendale Regional which features No. 6 seed and hosts Glendale, Golden West and L.A. Pierce.
