COMPTON, Calif. --- Kamaile Ho led El Camino College to a 12-1 South Coast Conference road win at Compton on Tuesday afternoon.
The freshman pitched a five-inning complete game and allowed just one run on four hits while striking out five in the circle. She also had a stellar day with the bat, going 2-for-3 with two runs scored.
Miranda Morelos had a double while Emma Padilla and Saydee Solis each drove in two runs in the victory.
The Warriors will stay on the road on Thursday to take on East Los Angeles for a 2 p.m. first pitch before wrapping up the week with a doubleheader against L.A. Mission on Saturday at the ECC Softball Field.
