The Warriors managed seven hits off the Comets' pitching but could not plate a run on the day, suffering their first shutout loss since Feb. 27 at Fullerton, a 1-0 loss.
Emily Gamboa went 2-for-3 and Abigale Dedech was 1-for-1 with a double, the only extra-base hit of the day for the Warriors.
Mahlia Espino suffered her first loss of the season in the circle as she went four innings and allowed four runs on five hits. She walked two and struck out two.
Kiara Flaviani improved to 21-1 on the season for Palomar as she allowed five hits in six innings with two walks and two strikeouts.
