WHITTIER, Calif. --- El Camino College snapped a six-game losing streak with a dominant 14-0 road win over Rio Hondo on Thursday afternoon.
The Warriors pounded out 16 hits with 11 players recording an RBI to get the team back on the winning track.
Kate Pedroza was 3-for-3 with a double, two runs scored and one RBI. She was one of five Warriors to have a multi-hit game on Thursday.
Kamaile Ho recorded the win in the circle, tossing a complete-game shutout. She scattered four hits and struck out nine for the win.
The Warriors will return to action on Tuesday afternoon when they host Compton for a 2 p.m. first pitch.
