TORRANCE, Calif. – El Camino College saw its six-game unbeaten streak come to an end Tuesday with a 3-0 South Coast Conference loss to Pasadena City at the ECC Soccer Field.
The Warriors offense struggled to get much going on the day as they fired just one shot on target against the Lancers' goalkeeper, Francesca Agliolo. Overall, the Warriors were outshot 18-9 with a 8-1 deficit in shots on target.
Jordan Stemberga made five saves in the losing effort as the Warriors fell to 3-1-1 in conference play. The Lancers improved to 12-1-1 overall and 4-1-1 in SCC action.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday afternoon as they host Mt. San Antonio at the ECC Soccer Field. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.
