TORRANCE, Calif. --- Evie Campbell recorded a hat trick as El Camino College cruised to a 9-0 victory over L.A. Harbor on Tuesday afternoon at the ECC Soccer Field.
The Warriors nearly matched their total goals in conference play (10) coming into Tuesday's match with their nine-goal outburst. Campbell recorded her first multi-goal effort and first career hat trick while also adding two assists to lead the offense.
Leah Garcia scored two goals and dished out two assists with Sophia Hudson adding two goals of her own. Barcelona Heredia and Ashley Perez also found the back of the net in the victory.
The offense blasted 39 total shots in Tuesday's game with 21 of them finding the target, forcing Seahawks' keeper Milly Salas to make 11 saves with one team save credited for clearing a would-be goal off the line.
The Warriors will now focus on the SCC Tournament which is set to begin on Friday. The Warriors will face Cerritos on the road for the second time this season after the Falcons tied Pasadena on Tuesday.
