Sammani Carcamo led the defense with 15 digs with Jordyn Garlitos recording her first career double-double with 12 kills and 13 digs along with a team best three service aces. The first set was a tight one but Looney unloaded eight kills on 11 swings without an error to help lead the Warriors to the win and a 1-0 lead.

In the second, Looney suffered her only error of the night on a block by Compton but the Warriors' middle blocker still hammered down five kills on nine attempts as ECC dominated the frame and took a 2-0 lead.

Looney would smash down seven kills on 14 swings in the third to help the Warriors put the match away.

The Warriors will return to action on Friday night with another home contest against East Los Angeles. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
